COREWST STUDIO redefined elegance with its minimalistic, Scandinavian, Japanese concept vibe hotel apartments.

The firm saw incredible residential potential in the turn-of-the-century printing building. With an ultra-rare 50 foot wide, fully south facing floorplate in a gloriously classic architectural envelope, CoreWest executed a vision of European modern grandeur in this otherwise very classic neighborhood.

To do so, CoreWest Studio undertook full Interior design Service and Site
Supervision which included Interior Design, 3D Modeling
and Animation, 3D Renders and Shop Drawings for the proposed development.
